Payless Cleaners will not stand behind their work. I took my $270 coverlet to be dry cleaned and they washed it. For a month I have been trying to get something done about it, only to be strung a long. They have 5 locations. 1 in Plano, 3 in McKinney, and 1 in Melissa.
