Placed an order for two Shakespeare action figures on 27 July. My credit card was charged the next day. My online account says that the order is Pending. Since then I've heard nothing. They ignored two emails and two phone messages. My only recourse now is to contact my bank and have them cancel the order and reverse the charges. I suspect I'll hear from them then.
