I have ordered a reverse mortgage campaign appointement setting marketing service. They told me that a certain loan to value was to be expected, age of the home owner will be confirmed and interest in a reverse mortgage loan to be furthur disscussed by a loan officer (me). I paid for 15 appointements (at $86 per) and only received 12. I went on all 12 appointements and 3 were not home at the time set, 3 were renting and the other 6 had free and clear homes and never wanted a reverse mortgage to begin with. They went on and said that the telemarketer was never clear as to what the appointement was about and that it was in some cases about medicare. I tried to get a refund for my appointements and tell the staff to just target the appropriate audience. They never responded and ripped me off.
