Im usually very good at researching a company before using them but this time I was in a big hurry since Im in the process of buying a home and needed my DD214. Well... After going with Touchstone I was told that I would have the DD214 within one day which was great for me. That day I didn't hear from them so I called the next day to check on the status and Chris told me I would have it that day. I still didn't have any suspicions because I know sometimes companies get backed up with work. When I didn't hear from them again I knew something was up. I then googled Touchstone and saw the many rip offs they are accustomed to doing. I just didn't think that people would do these type of things to the veterans that have served and put our lives on the line for this country. When I called the third day to see what was the delay, I was hung up on after asking about the status of my order. I thought that maybe I got bad reception and lost my signal but then learned that they didn't answer the phone whenever I called back. I then called from one of my other phones and they immediately answered the phone. When I told them I was calling to check on an order the hung up on me again and never answered from that number again. I ask for all who is reading this to do not use their services!
