It all started about 9 months ago! This guy Mathias Pruestel, claims he could provide a CP (credit partner) to do investment transaction. They have a layed out plan, but I came up with my own. I sent it over for him to read, he made changes to it and sent it back. I made changes on top of his changes and returned it.in all, we worked out a proper format. It took about 3 weeks! Finally, a chance came along to put the new program to work. Here's how it works I'm suppose to send in 500.00 to start the process, he will make the request for a CP. Which in turn, will buy the property. The CP will receive 10-11 percent of the Value of the home as his fee for buying the home. Sounds like the perfect deal, but this fool gets the money, and then calls me and say's " Hey we need to talk about the process again we need to put this thing together" after week of going back and fourth.
