The movers arrived to my home in a very small truck that was covered in graffiti. Once they arrived they explained that the original quote of $1500.00 was incorrect and the total move would cost $2975.00, I should have cancelled at that very moment, yet I didn't. At the end of the day the movers explained that all my furniture would not fit in the truck and they would be back the following day, that was June 21, after about a dozen phone calls, they finally showed up on Thursday June 23 and again on Friday June 24 and picked up the remaining boxes and bins.
On Thursday June 30th the first items were delivered to my new home in Florida, they made me pay them the entire amount before they removed anything from their truck. They broke or damaged most of the leather and wood furniture and have never returned with the remaining items. I have called and spoken to Danny and Ron several dozen times and they keep telling me that I will get my furniture soon. Today is July 11th and my items are still missing, I have contacted a Law firm and I'm in process of filing a law suit against this firm, as of today July 27th I still haven't received about 70 boxes with my personnel belongings. Please don't ever use this company!
