I obtained the bundle on September 7th with no bill or an apology for that insufficient degree of support. For that quality item they depict the support was certainly the toughest I've actually experienced online and that I would not purchase from their website again. Not since the quality isn't great because it appears good, but due to the total termination of my questions and insufficient customer support. I don't believe I'd have obtained my product had I not place in a problem to paypal. Please think hard before purchasing out of this merchant.
