Worst online shopping experience ever. Don't store with Surveillent LLC we approached Surveillent via telephone four-times over a period of time of three months and obtained no reaction whatsoever. We subsequently approached via mail and lastly obtained an answer. They created no apology for insufficient customer support in returning our preliminary telephone calls and proceeded to inform us that it had been our problem we bought the incorrect item, named us unaware, liars etc:.
