Kept my iPod for 9 weeks after telling me it would take 1 week

I chose to utilize DigiExpress after my headset port totally died. I understood that which was incorrect, therefore all I bought was an a brand new headset jack and installing of claimed headset port. This can be a quite simple move to make (I really considered doing it myself, but determined it'd be much more wise to depart it-up towards the "experts") then when I had been informed it'd just have a week, I thought them. It required 2 months for me personally to obtain my iPod back, which was after continuous calls, e-mails, and them declaring 2 individual occasions they "dropped" it. Every time they stated they "dropped" it, they'd then inform me they discovered it, they had delivered it to another person, this had never occurred before, which it was today on itis long ago in my experience.

3 days before they "discovered" it again, and explained they'd simply delivered the folks they "inadvertently delivered" it to some container to deliver it in, and remarkably I acquired it back today. After I got it from the container, it seem adequate. And so I chose to try out my headset port.

Very first thing I observed after I investigated the headset port was gentle arriving through - strange, but I chose to place it in anyways. Then I placed my headset plug in to the port, also it felt really free. Again, peculiar, but I went forward anyways. Then I switched the iPod on - very first thing I observed was the iPodis battery was lower when I delivered it in. Not Really A large package, but simply anything to discover. Then I noticed that somebody had quit Bob Dylan on, and that I understand I delivered my iPod in without any audio on. I simply thought they simply had a need to examine the headset port was operating, but after screening the headset port and finding that it had been WORSE when I delivered it in, it felt bad. First, they declare they "inadvertently" delivered it to another person twice, after which I get an iPod that doesn't seem to possess a headset port (or atleast not really a correctly mounted one). This simply screams fraud.

I simply sent them, informing them when I don't get payment of some kind (enough to displace my iPod) by in a few days, I'm obtaining a lawyer concerned. I truly will never utilize them again, and will inform everybody about my terrible experience with DigiExpress. These folks have no idea the things theyare performing, and may be draining iPods of components. Don't utilize them!
