I bought 2 headphones out of this organization and INCH Bluetooth headset was DOA, they recommended calling the maker to repair it, spoke using the producer plus they decided that it was lifeless and also to return it to get a fresh the one that they reluctantly did. A couple weeks later we realized that the battery was not keeping a cost therefore again was informed to contact the maker plus they delivered us a brand new battery. All was advantageous to 14 days once the headset died again! Approached SpaceCenter Systems again to come back the headset to get a completely different item plus they stated that it was within the unique thirty days which there is no method to return it and sometimes even trade it even when this is the Next period we had a need to return it! I told them the constant issues that people have experienced with this specific headset and what Customer Support means without any benefits
Please don't search for customer support with this specific organization at-all, and start to become tired of the one month return policy because it is regulation together! If you don't obtain a irresistible value on anything I'd not recommend buying something out of this organization!
