Bought can of Energy Shot 2 days before. Use twice on time of purchase. Following day, sprayer didn't function. Approached Bissellis terrible customer support three times. First phone, positioned on store and forgotten about. Next phone, customer support representative acted like I had been bothering her. Was advised to relax sprayer limit in heated water. I did so, nevertheless didn't apply. Named customer support 3rd period was requested for figures on can and informed I'd be getting deals for sale of any Woolite item. I'd previously determined that due to such bad customer support and unnecessary stress in my experience, that I'd not be investing my cash on "any" of the goods. Obtained an email answer in the customer support today after emailing the organization but still wasn't happy with reaction. I had been advised I'd need to provide the merchandise back again to the shop to get that. Well, sadly, I don't possess the bill. I get excessively frustrated each time, I take a look at a complete can of wash that I taken care of and can't use. Every phone to Bissell led to them distancing themselves from the faulty can of wash. Not once did their customer support apologize for that trouble in my experience, except the email reply. Another problem that angered me was the truth that all their customer support reps resolved me by my first-name. I truly take offense when anybody who I'm coping with on the company degree handles me on the first-name basis. Bissell is truly missing by not instruction/needing their reps to deal with clients by their last names. I've never been so frustrated over a phone to some business in regards to a faulty item when I have now been with Bissell. It would appear that the larger businesses would be the toughest!
