I put an order for an IN-STOCK couch in August. (Our bill has evidence of standing) After 14 days of stop I required shipping status and my 60-day, 30-hour headache started. Customer Support Professionals (I talked to 11) misinformed me (a polite method of stating they lied in my experience), did not follow-up, decreased the basketball, created reasons (it had been the suppliers problem) till ultimately it had been too late to draw my order and store with somebody else. After threatening case they ultimately delivered my purchase. There is no-follow up by ballard - no formal apology - nothing. BEWARE shopping with this particular organization. You will find just first-name faceless comments about the telephone who "move the dollar" at every chance with cool indifference. I'm apalled.
