I purchased a daybed from Ballard and took an afternoon off from work to wait for the scheduled delivery (4 hour window). When it did not show up — i called customer service, and was met with very responsive and respectful people. Although they could not have the item re-routed and delivered that day — they rescheduled the delivery and offered me a 20% discount for my inconvenience. I don't love that this happened, especially after taking the afternoon off, but do realize that their outside delivery service made the error and I appreciate that the Customer service rep, Cathy Harrison, made a great effort to make amends. I hope when i get this daybed on wednesday that all goes well. Thanks Cathy!
