NEVERTHELESS, their live-chat doesn't react; after I named the client support point I acquired submitted to some voice-mail (it was during regular operating hours). After I talked having a person, she instantly sent me to voice-mail after determining I'd requested them online.
Our order was backordered - it's now been twice the projected amount of time in the initial e-mail — and that I have now been not able to get any details about the position. I will just suppose they're a FRAUD.
