Very disapointing customer service

I had been buying online at CJ Banks placing tops for that vacations in my own shopping cart software. After I was prepared to take a look at, the costs altered. A-shirt which was settlement for approximately $6 transformed to $60. I named customer support to determine that which was wrong using the site. I had been informed that there is a PC issue which the costs which were outlined as well as in my shopping cart software initially wouldn't be recognized as a result of this computer glitch. Customer support wouldn't provide something to create amends because of their error. I had been just informed many times to look at the purchase about the weekend. Additionally they provided free shipping, but because I'm an associate I currently get free shipping. Customer support declined to provide any type of discount on the settlement items. The settlement items which were initially $60 were turning up at $60.in my own brain this isn't settlement. I had been really discouraged that customer support would not actually consider any quantity off the currently $60 top. Not really the $5 I described being an example. This isn't the very first time this remarkable cost altering has occurred on CJ Banks site.
