After being with the company for two years with all going well they lost our payment to them for the months of May and June and insisted we did not pay. We had proof of payment via recipts but it took four months to straighten out the problem by that time our creditors were down our throats.
Once the problem was solved we did not receive so much as an appology or reconition that they goofed up. Because of this our credit report has been damaged which is the exact opposit of what this company is supposed to do for us.
In January I went to their office to make a payment but the debit system was down.in February I called in advance to make sure the debit system was working, they assured me it was. When I got there it was not and if that was not enough I had a verbal altercation with the supervisor which again was not my fault but they again insist it was resulting in them droping us from the program. There is much more I would love to hear from an advocate.
