is the only person who works at this company. The refund was given and
there is nothing we can do about it. Talk to your bank or your credit
care company as it shows it was processed and the bank or credit card
company took the money back. A refund was asked for and it was given so
there is no need to give us attitude as we did what you asked. We are

remember informing you in an email that I had closed my account at my
previous bank - greenfield Savings bank. I checked when Jordan send me
your email - the bank has no information re: your refund. They have no
records of your refund-which jordan indicated took place in sept. As I
remember telling you I closed that account in august. I had
requested that you send JOrdan Newton_gaines the refund check since it
has a birthday present for 8 last year. I am very frustrated that I
get this information now. I want you to either send him the toys or the
