E-mail rebates a BIG RIP OFF!

Sent in for big g ace hardward e-bate and never received it! Receive a notice from ace hardware stating upc codes were not valid - a clerk showed us the item that had rebate and showed us where the upc code was - we copied codes exactley and my husband double checked them - there was no erro
