Wrong radio in car, won't work

On Dec. 1,10 I bought a 2007 CTS from Level's Auto Sales. The vehicle was place in support at Crestview Cadillac the salesman stated the raido was secured. I settled Marcel M the salesman for that vehicle. Later I had been named by Crestview declaring the raido couldn't be fixed, it had been a 2002 stereo. They named the salesman and he guaranteed to obtain me a brand new stereo. My spouse has named twice and that I have named plus they maintain encouraging they're likely to repalce radio stations. I told them to displace radio stations or provide me back my income. Radio stations cost roughly $3200.00. I want assist in obtaining the repairs. I'm
