I have been a loyal customer of this company for the past years, but to my surprise, on the date of 2nd March, I was at the receiving end of some very poor service.
On the said date, I bought printer cartridges from this company. The cartridges need to be returned because they were damaged when I received them. I contacted them to report the damage and requested a refund. The person, who answered the phone was very rude and told me that if I did not like the cartridges, I could take my business elsewhere. They said they wouldnt give me a refund.
I was appalled at such behavior, and have a good mind to take my business elsewhere as suggested.
