We ordered checks online only to receive the checks along with an "additional bill for $50.58. We were told the online offer was only for "new customers".
1) Who remembers who they order checks from given the long timeframes?
2) Nothing online "flagged us" as an existing customer. The order was processed as a new client.
3) No one called us to alert us that they would charge us more.
4) When we called and offered to compromise (due to convienience factor for us) they told us either return the checks or pay the $50 bucks.
5) returning the checks costs us shipping both ways and lost time to order from another party.
We will now always "remember" Bradford Exchange Checks and never place another order through them.
