Terrible Organization! They destroyed my $800 carpet by tearing the wool and puncturing holes inside it. I gave them 3 odds to repair it. After I obtained the carpet back every time I'd to wash it plus they never fixed it. I am really unsure the things they allegedly fixed on it. It appeared worse every time I got it back. I lost two Saturdays awaiting the delivery man. Both occasions he was fifteen minutes late. And every time he attempted to inform me the harm was the way the carpet was or that it (hole and line lacking about the attributes) was regular about the carpets. The Supervisor was suppose to make contact with me following the first try to restore the carpet, he never did. I waited 4 times, about the fifth evening I named him. He'd no idea that which was happening with my carpet. The 2nd test was just like the very first. Except I'd to create corporate to obtain a reaction from John. I ultimately dropped my persistence when about the 3rd try to reconcile the problem Ron was suppose to meet up me at my home and get the carpet. It was suppose to occur before I quit for function. Clearly I didnt have anymore time to waste. He named that day 10 minutes before he was suppose to become there to I would like to realize that he would be fifteen minutes late. Whoa, I wonder why his workers experience they may be overdue for their customers visits. I quit attempting to allow them solve the problem by themselves.
