Terrible Organization! They destroyed my $800 carpet by tearing the wool and puncturing holes inside it. I gave them 3 odds to repair it. After I obtained the carpet back every time I'd to wash it plus they never fixed it. I am really unsure the things they allegedly fixed on it. It appeared worse ...
