My family and I have been here for a couple times and both times the experience was terrible. The first time i was too young to notice the problems. We were not allowed to see the parents of the Shit Tzu we were buying. We were allowed to play with the entire litter but only for a short time. We decided on one and were not told of his allergies and were forced to have him neutered before we could have the papers.
When we went to pick him up since he was too young to take home the first day his litter mates were in a rabbit cage in the window clean and happy. He had been separated from his litter mates and kept alone living in his own poo for the weeks we had to wait. We had to wait for him to be cleaned up before we was ready to go home.
The second time we called in and they told us they had the perfect puppy for my sister. (the puppy was going to be a present) She wanted a white female Shit Tzu. When we went to pick her up the woman running it at the time was crazy. First she gave us a male Pomeranian that they were keeping in the same cage! When we went back the puppy we wanted was in the same condition as the other we had gotten. We don't have the papers for the second one yet.
