My household goods were shipped from the Boston area to Hungary by Ocean Star International, Inc. (osi). The total cost of the shipment was 25% higher than the original quota, I had to pay therefore around $1,000 more to OSI than the negotiated price. The manager of the customer service, Marc Herrera refused to collaborate, when I asked him to find a fair compromise for fixing fix this price issue.
