Purchased couch and recliner approx 2yrs ago. Problems from the get-go, more so with couch. Called stainsafe who after a few weeks sent a rep who stated that cushions on both were to be replaced.
After numerous inquires and phone calls weekly for status, (response being that we will fax again) finally
got a response that they would replace and materials would be sent to me around march 1 for me to fix, which i am not inclined to do!
Feb 10th recd letter from stainsafe requesting original billing invoice which i had already sent to them six months earlier or materials would be held up.
I now call them on a weekly, getting to be daily. Basis requesting to speak to a supervisor. Same pat answer: one will call you back withing 24-48 hrs. Still waiting for a call back and i'm losing patience!
