I've never noticed a company inform me that they can not deliver mean update on my delivery estimation if regardless the item doesn't deliver inside the specified times. It's unfortunate that just after I informed the broker that I'm likely to article this discussion with this community, did she provide to deliver mean update about my purchase. I've bought other things from their store before and was fairly quite happy with their support, but following this trade (see below), I'll never store together again...!!
