I have a credit due to returns of items bought that were too large. They will no longer except credit for purchases. So they have taken my money. And will not send me any items

I have a credit from Newport News due to receiving clothing that was too large, so when I returned items they gave me a store credit. Now when I try to use the credit they will not honour it. They tell me they are no longer excepting, credits or gift cards. Cindy Lincoln NE.
