Poor customer service

Went to Kmart warwick to have a battery fitted to car, It was a disaster

They did not protect the radio information, said their instrument

Malfunctioned. The guy at desk was not polite, very arrogent. I asked them

To undo the problem they caused, was unable to do so. He said he would refund the account, I agreed, he took out the battery and put old back in car? I am left with no radio operating because of their carelessness

And incompetence. I am left with the cost of geting the radio fixed

And dont yet know if they have caused any other electronic problem|.

I had an appointment which I missed and tolerated two australian guys

Being totally uninterested at the problem they have left me with;.

I do not see why I have to pay the cost OF REPAIRING this problem,

I understand the only way is to put another radio, none of this my fault,

Plwease assist and advise/. The inconvenience is even worse because of their

Incompetence.
