The battery died on my Palm Pilot Tungsten C, I contacted Palm, they said Radio Shack was the place to go to have it replaced. I went to the store on highway K in O'Fallon MO and they said no problem, we'll send it in, give us a $20.00 deposit. I got the unit back with a report that they were unable to install a new battery, BUT NO REFUND of my deposit. Their District Manager said Palm refuses to sell them batteries, I told him they were available on line would he like to know where to get them? — He wasn't interested and refused a refund.
