Did not provide the services they claim to have

This "find your rental home" service does not offer the services that they claim to.
All of their articles in the learning center are "not found" on their server.
The homes I contacted from their list are for sale and not for rent, I contacted several of them to find this out.
More than half of the homes listed are no longer for sale.
I contacted customer service and told them they are not offering the services they claim to and I wanted my money back and then they hung up on me. I called back 5 times talked to the same lady each time and each time she hung up on me.
I called once more and got a different lady and she said they were updated the site and in a few moments I should be able to see the articles and new home listings.
Well that did not happen.
They also claim that home owners in foreclosure want to work with them to find renters for their property and avoid foreclosure. This is not the case because the properties I did contact told me they have not heard homestarsearch and that their property was for sale not rent.
I want my money back as this site is a RIPOFF!!
