Contracted hard wood floor to be replace and finish 9/4/03 with paul kroll taylor floor refinishing gave a deposit of $350.00.
He always made excuse for not showing up said would return the deposit never did.
I contacted bureau of professional and occupational affairs he is not a license contractor.
