Recently, I noticed recurring charges for $40.00 every month on my debit card. I had not noticed until now due to the terminal illness of a close family member.
This has been going on for 5 months. They enrolled me in a 'platinum membership' without my consent and are refusing to refund me the money. I will be pursuing this matter with my bank and if necessary, will pursue legal action against Asknow.
