Ordered and edible arrangement to be delivered May 27th. Store attempted one delivery family not home. Delivery policy states will leave with a neighbor. Did not. Called me 2 hours before the store closed (no way recipient could get there in time) Store hours were not customer friendly, son worked longer days that store hours. I asked if store could deliver on Sat. Was told it would be another $12.00. Asked for refund rude manager stated no and hung up. Store was close on Sunday and Monday. Called corporate and was told store is supposed to attempt a second delivery at no charge to customer. Did not happen. Corporate stated would have owner call me within 72 hours did not happen. Today the owner was to call me did not. I want my $73.56 back I received nothing.
