Installation of garage door opene

In February I bought a Sears builder automated garagedoor operator to become mounted in my own Dad’s storage after he'd encountered open-heart surgery. I planned an installation on-line with Sears and required time-off from function to become current for that installation. About the day of the installment the specialist who'd been planned by Sears named to see me he didn't support the region. After moving numerous automatic selections, talking to numerous Sears’ reps, and after waiting hrs, I had been ultimately educated the next available evening for installment was 5 days later. I got a later date removed from function to become present. Following the contractors came 30-min late they haggled with me within the peak of the roof and also the keeping the keyboard. After adding the operator it'd not function. Again, after numerous calls to various Sears’ repetitions, something technology was planned to judge the system 14 days later. Additional time removed from work. Lastly, once the technology came he decided the keyboard have been broken during installation. An upgraded component was requested and mounted per week later. The whole process required 6 months. For that load and trouble I had been provided a $50 check and a long support contract. It's unlikely that I'll conduct business with Sears again as time goes by thinking about the inadequacy of the client support division and also the incompetency of the installation group.
