On 5-19-11 i order 1 3ch S107G micro helo i inspected it look fine but what i didnt know at the time was the support bar for tail rotor screw was force in and broke the housing where the screw goes in making it unrepairable i charge it up no problem then i flew it about 5 feet and for 80 sec and indoors them it stop all together like if i turn it off thats when the support bar pop off theres 2 of them with out the both them its off balanced so thats two problems right there i tryed calling them long distance they put me on hold for 20 min then hung up i e-mailed them no replay all i whated was to get it exchange now they defriend me on there facebook page LOL now im going to call my credit card companies to see what they can do there rating with the BBB is bad they got a F over 300 complaints
