Stay away from this company!
I have been waiting for 6 months for a resolution to our overcharges, all i get is the run arround and a promise to have it resolved in the next billing cycle. I asked to have some of our lines disconnected in December and at the end of May I'm still getting the same excuse that "we are looking into it". Empty promises and horrible customer service!
Unless you have money to dump down the drain or infinite patience dealing with impotent customer service reps stay clear of this company!
