So Frustrated!

I eventually got fed up with poor people support from Waste Management and chose to change to a different waste hauler. Simply attempting to contact them to end their support was a headache... I wound-up on-hold to get a truly very long time before I really could speak with somebody. Our pots weren't picked up about the evening these were designed to... And that I've been struck having a $25 bill in order for them to NOT PICK THEM UP! Two telephone calls finished after I had been on-hold for such a long time I'd togo deal with other activities. Nowadays I called again after getting the notice concerning the $25 bill.invested quite a long time on-hold waiting to keep in touch with a pleasant woman who ostensibly explained nothing. She agreed to place me on-hold again. (!) I explained I Have been on-hold A GREAT DEAL with Waste Management and might she simply contact me back again to I'd like to understand once the (complete and today pungent) pots could be eliminated... And just how the $25 bill could be solved. I am still awaiting her phone. (Now I understand why Waste Management pots have virtually vanished from my community in support of these from others!)
