Simply the worst.
I can create sentences describing the numerous telephone calls and emails and conversations I Have had with Waste Management Northwest workers regarding unsuccessful trash and recycling pickups.
Suffice to express, they've their heads-up their behinds.
Not have I experienced such poor perceptions and unprofessional, blame-shifting conduct from the company. Often, when you have an issue having a low-level worker and have to talk to their supervisor you are able to ultimately look for a boss who knows the fundamental tenants of customer support. Not too with Waste Management. They evenly neglect to supply also minimum customer support. There's no method to follow-up using the same individual, the only path to get hold of them is by their 1800 range.
At-one stage (in regards to a year into this issue), they recommended the problem with collection was that my containers are beyond 3-feet in the control. There really is no control or sidewalks in my own community - the containers are about 8-feet in the road. Wishing in order to prevent "issues fixing" with this specific organization, I decided to spend one more charge since the containers are beyond 3-feet. I still get updates in the organization that my containers can not be acquired since they're beyond 3-feet. Repeat: I spend them a charge to choose up beyond several feet... They proceed to make use of "beyond 3 feet" like a reason it had beennot acquired.
I am essentially in surprise this organization exists. I suppose they'll be losing sight of company quickly.
