They do not pay you what you deserve. They promise minimum wage and a commission pay, but do not pay those to you. They pay only one or the other. They tell you they will give you an office if you write leads. What they don't tell you is that you have to write enough leads every week to build a team and be promoted. Adam Gerald is a scam. Worldwide Concepts offers a Management Training Program, but even if you work extra hard, you won't be promoted. Do not work for this company! Its a waste of time and gas spent. You have to go to the office everyday! Then, they make you walk around a Home Depot selling free in-home consultations on cabinet refacing! Its a joke!
