Requested a 28ft hierarchy on April 28. Site sez "many orders ship in one single week". (They deliver to some nearby website who subsequently times shipping). After about 10 times I email them. No solution however the nearby website named and stated they anticipated the hierarchy on Monday May 9. Mon arrived and went. No-call. On Thursday I sent the neighborhood website wondering concerning the hierarchy. They responded that "corporate delivered the incorrect hierarchy". It'll be another week to obtain it. Stated it'd maintain on Monday May-16 plus they might call. Mon arrived. No-call. I called the neighborhood website on Thursday plus they stated they'd the hierarchy and might provide on Friday. On Thursday one guy turns up using the hierarchy and my child-in law needed to assist him sell and bring the hierarchy cause they just delivered one man.inadequate customer support with no obvious problem if the client is pleased or not. Required me three months to obtain the hierarchy.
