In Feb a phone call was taken from someone who claimed to work for an insurance company of a shipping company that had damaged our product in transit and wanted to get permission to send out replacement product right away. I told them we didn't order, want or need the product.
Some time during the first of May another person called (Rich) and stated they had a trade show in Richmond and wanted to send us a sample from the warehouse there for us to run a trial.
I stated to him I cannot authorize any shipment or payments for products that we are a assisted living facility that runs on Social Security only (The lowest in the state) We have NO money to pay for products and that we are spending our minimal maint. Dollors replacing water pipeing in our building on a month to month basis.
He told me that he would send it as a trial. I told him thats fine but we cannot pay for the product or the shipping. Well we just got a bill for $131.16
I will be reporting there sales tactics to the Virginia better business and the state attorney generals office.
The real shame here is the are feeding on some of the poorest residents in the state.
Shame on you CMC!
