Highly disappointed

I've previously writeen to Ulta on the site by what happened. No reaction till today! This is what happened. I noticed this $20 haircut& design discount within the Ulta Flyer within the Sunday paper abt 14 days back. I named Ulta to obtain a scheduled appointment on the Wednesday. The woman from Ulta informs me in the future "tomorrow" at 11:30am. Therefore, clearly tomorrow suggests Friday. After I achieve there on Wed at 11:20, the salon worker is by using another client. She takes her very own nice moment and finishes with that client. Another client is finished and she moves another 20-25 mins informing me that she will simply cleanup the region prior to starting my haircut. While she informs me that, I actually donot notice her cleansing the region for next 7-8 mins and he or she is active talking about the telephone. Lastly after I am requested to sit down about the chair for that haircut, its nearly 12pm we both realize that my visit was on Friday and that I was handed the incorrect consultation period. Therefore, again i get right up and also the salon supervisor is known as and also the woman and him speak and he requires me what evening fits me and he provides me appoitment for in a few days, Thursday. I particularly request this person if teh $20 haircut might be great in a few days and he explained YES! Today, this is exactly what happens in a few days, your day prior to the visit. A girl in the salon calls me to verify the visit and incredibly easily informs me the $20 haircut isn't any longer legitimate! I cud not think what I had been reading. After I informed her the salon supervisor herself explained that it wud be however great, she claims that she's the actual supervisor and he or she can't recognize it. Anyhow, I had been at office that point and may not claim more together with her. I ask her to stop the visit clearly. The moment I stop, the sorry term arrives of her mouth since her objective was achieved. I simply disconnected the telephone. I applied to consider Ulta was a higher end organization but does not seem like. Any self-respecting, customer-friendly organization might maintain their term. I'm creating this evaluation to not get any payment from their store but to create them recognize its high-time they've fundamental customer support ettiquetes. Never expected this from Ulta. Handful of my buddies were getting excited about my haircut from Ulta who after reading my encounter wud never move. I suppose Ulta does too-good, they do not require new customers!
