Nnotified Cox Cable in Nnov that I was moving to Florida.
. Gave them forwarding address to send final bill. I moved, got settled, and then in Feb receive a call from a collection agency that a $30 bill had been assigned to them. I had just received the bill as forwarded from my old address in Louisiana.
I had been with them for over 15 years. Never did not pay the bill. Their brain challenged clerk failed to note forwarding address or spitefully did not do so as we had a disagreement as to notification of rate changes... Which they don't do!
Worst service, ability, quality of a company... Too bad you don't have much choice as they have a monopoly and can do what they want rate-wise when they want... And the hell with the customer...
