I placed 2 orders. One on 11/15/10 with multiple items, total charged to my account $52.10, I recieved 1 item from that order on 12/13/10. According to an email the balance of my orders is still being processed. I also placed an additonal order on 11/23/10 for $120.72, I recieved an email that it should be "processed late next week. Well, late next week is Christmas. They since have removed their phone number from their website, I have no idea why because the no one ever answers it anyway. What planet do we live on, how can it possibly take over 1 month to ship anything. This has been the worst online shopping experience ever and completely unaccepatble. I have already contacted the BBB as another consumer mentioned. I urde you to do the same if you have recieved similar treatment.
