Mallest I ordered on their pages on 7th april paid, but i still havent goods

I ordered few goods on www.mallest.com, paid for it, but goods was not deliver. Shipping may spend 5working days, and now it is more than mounthand still nothing. They dont want to comunicate with me via online cheat, no answer from them to me. I have no way to do something
