Cricket placed three holds on my credit card each totaling 16.00 each. They stated my card did not go through but they placed a hold on my card. They informed me they would do a payment research and promised that they would keep my phone on for 7 days until the search was done. They assured me I would not be issued a late charge and that my phone would not be disconnected. They turned my phone off two days later.
When I contacted customer service and spoke with a manager he was very unprofessional and told me that I was to pay the 15.00 reconnect fee. I was told that I would not be charged this fee due to Crickets mistake. This is very misleading and very unprofessional on their part.
