I was told they was going to send me a credit card. After they took money out of my account, about four days later I recieved a bunch of papers telling me how to get a copy of my credit report or apply for grants and loans. Now they are taking thirty-five dollars out of my bank account every month. Right now I am in the process of trying to stop them from doing that next month. I am looking at having to change my bank account now because no matter how many times I try to get ahold of them they dont answer the phone or you get the answering service and they never return your call.
