"Where Your Dreams Come True", is Trinity Financial Solution's moto all over the documentation that I had received from this company. My motto is "My Dreams Went Straight To Hell".in August I received a telephone call from a representative at Trinity Financial Solutions, offering me this incredible deal about how to consolidate my debt into monthly payments. Along with this I was offered great gifts, free gasoline etc..., along with being pre-approved for a $5,000 loan with a very low interest rate. I had got as much information as I could from the representative during the phone conversation so I could check out this company with the BBB. I then proceeded to check on this company and did not find any documentation to prove this company to be fraudulant.
A few days later I called this company and on August 7 the amount of $89.99 was deducted from my bank account with my authorization. I understood this at time of agreement, and I also understood a fee of $35.00 would be deducted in October, and once again in November. I have called this company numerous times and left messages and have not received one call back from them. The web site does not allow you to email, ask questions, send comments or anything else. "UNDER CONSTRUCTION" appears everytime on this site. I called them again today and left a message "Someone better call me immediately, I have had paid for this service and you people have not doing a damn thing for me".
I want to be reimbursed for the entire amount of $89.99 plus $35.00 for October. I do not authorize this company to make any more deductions from my account. I will not stand by and take this with a grain of salt. I plan to collect all the money due to me right down to the penny. This company can change names as often as possible, I will not stop until I am fully reimbursed by this company.
