Poor customer service, rip-off customers

I have had several bad experiences at this particular store. The first was when I was given a dressing room and once inside, an employee moved a huge box of coat hangers in front of the door. When I opened door, they all fell down and the employee did not apologize but instead acted annoyed.
They also give you way less money for the trade-ins you bring than they sell them for. I brought in 5 items, all name brands (Forever 21, Roxy, Abercrombie) and they offered ten dollars for everything. I later went in and the grand total they were selling them all for was over $40.

Don't sell your stuff at Plato's - Ebay is way better, so is probably any other consignment store.
